Responsibilities
Working closely with ELG attorneys, HR partners, and outside counsel to help manage a wide range of employment-related legal matters
Assisting with compliance initiatives related to employment law
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 4 years paralegal-level work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher or a Paralegal certificate and a minimum of 2 years related work experience in a legal environment
Preferred
Proven expertise with all aspects of employment litigation support, including legal process, terminology, discovery, and research tools
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment agencies, their associated procedures as they relate to private employers and hands-on experience drafting agency responses under attorney supervision
Demonstrated proficiency with electronic discovery and case management systems (i.e. Legal Tracker) and legal hold software (i.e. Exterro or Relativity)
Proven ability to lead the collection, analysis, and coordination of data and legal materials, manage discovery tasks across multiple cases, and prioritize dynamic workloads in high-pressure environments
Strong research skills with the ability to thoroughly analyze legal documents and regulations
