Responsibilities
Creating motion graphics and animated content (After Effects is core)
Designing visual narratives that explain strategy, change, or innovation
Producing high-quality decks, videos, and internal communications
Translating complex thinking into clear, engaging visual stories
Supporting client moments — leadership updates, workshops, transformations
Learning the fundamentals of business design
Collaborating on storytelling for strategy and transformation
Building confidence presenting and discussing work with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years professional experience in motion / visual design
Strong skills in After Effects (essential)
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator
Strong skills in Premiere Pro
Strong skills in PowerPoint / presentation design
A portfolio showing motion-led storytelling (not just static visuals)
Confidence collaborating with others and talking through your work
Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops
