Responsibilities

Deliver consulting services for eProductivity Software ERP/MIS and related applications within the packaging industry
Provide consulting support for accounting-related applications
Develop, maintain, and deliver standardized training documentation and materials
Identify client issues promptly, escalate as needed, and drive timely resolution to meet project milestones
Partner with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions using core product functionality and industry best practices
Plan, organize, and manage client customization deliverables for Professional Services projects
Transfer ERP and industry-specific knowledge using ePS consulting methodologies and documentation
Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and ensure project success
Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for eProductivity Software

Qualification

ERP/MIS systemsBusiness analysisClient/server architectureWeb-based software solutionsRelational databasesOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsPresentation skills

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Printing, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience
Have 4+ years of experience delivering professional services and/or custom development for web-based software solutions (printing or packaging industry experience preferred)
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
Are comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders
Have experience with ERP/MIS systems
Are knowledgeable in computer operating systems and relational databases
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understand client/server architecture
Are willing to travel up to 60%

Preferred

Have accounting knowledge (preferred, but not required)
