Responsibilities
Performing and documenting analytical procedures with precision and consistency in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
Leading quality investigations, assigning and completing CAPAs, and verifying effectiveness
Overseeing technology transfer of methods and SOPs across departments
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure assay scalability and sustainability
Providing technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
Identifying and leading continuous process improvement initiatives, including cost-saving metrics
Training laboratory staff in areas of proven competency and ensuring SOP accuracy through regular reviews
Preparing and uploading data analysis results to LIMS and supporting documentation for laboratory assays
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant scientific discipline
At least 4 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
Strong proficiency in laboratory techniques and calculations, including averages, standard deviations, and quality control metrics
Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and laboratory operations
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and synthesize information across disciplines
