Responsibilities
Create complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies
Analyze leases, draft detailed abstracts, and summarize key lease clauses and economics, as well as analyze market statistics and trends
Research and analyze building ownership and tenant profiles
Develop customized client presentations and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Highly-qualified and exceptionally motivated candidates

Ability to perform at a high-level in a customer-focused, highly time-sensitive, and collaborative atmosphere
Strong grasp of real estate and financial principles
Strong grasp of modeling concepts
