New Grad, Entry LevelABA360 is dedicated to empowering children with Autism to achieve their full potential. They are hiring motivated and compassionate individuals for their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team to provide one-on-one services and support skill development for children and families.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
Support independence, skill development, and positive behavior
Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans
Accurately record session data using electronic devices
Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Build strong relationships with families
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
Must have at least basic proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn and a strong passion for helping children with Autism
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Reliable transportation
Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
Minimum six-month commitment required
Preferred
Experience as an ABA Therapist or experience working with children or individuals on the autism spectrum
Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician roles
Education or early childhood development
Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
After-school programs or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
Healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
