Responsibilities

5–10+ years of total engineering experience; 3+ years specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud
Hands-on expertise with Service Cloud Voice (Amazon Connect or partner telephony)
Strong development skills in: Apex, LWC, JavaScript
Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks
Experience with contact center technologies: IVR, CTI, ACD, call routing, call recording, speech analytics
Proficiency with AWS (Lambda, Connect, S3) preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
