Responsibilities
Must have experience in Workday PRO certification in relevant tracks
Working understanding of integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Public APIs)
Should have understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
Should have demonstrated knowledge of Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters and custom alerts
Must have advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes
Should have ability to create Calculated Fields and Custom reports
Should have strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions
Should be able to provide recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactions

Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps
Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of Overall IT experience
