This role involves providing excellent client service and supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule client appointments and manage staff calendars
Greet clients upon arrival, notify partners, and offer beverages as needed
Assist clients with pick-ups, returns, signatures, and payment processing
Scan and organize documents brought in by clients and notify partners accordingly
Prepare client documents for return and retrieve files from storage for pick-up
Scan certified mail receipts upon return from USPS
Manage outgoing mail, including UPS, FedEx, priority couriers, and postage
Retrieve, sort, scan, and distribute mail when team members are unavailable
Assist clients with basic navigation and use of Canopy
Scan projects and maintain organized digital records
Order office supplies and coordinate weekly lunch orders when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable handling confidential documents
Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software quickly
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Preferred
Prior administrative or front-desk experience is a plus but not required
