Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and orchestration tools
Integrate with EMRs, CRMs, and third-party APIs to automate business processes and system-to-system interactions
Develop internal tools and operational dashboards
Build and maintain web automation and data extraction solutions using Selenium and HTTPX
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
Produce clear documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure system quality, reliability, and maintainability
Continuously improve performance, scalability, and robustness of internal applications
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience with Python in production environments
Strong experience building automation workflows, internal tools, and data pipelines
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
Hands-on experience integrating APIs and external systems
Experience working with unstructured or semi-structured data
Comfortable operating in a startup or consulting-style environment with evolving requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience supporting operational or analytics teams with internal tooling
Background in data-heavy domains or regulated environments
