Responsibilities
Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing
Advise clients on loan products, guidelines, and qualification requirements
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, clients, and referral partners
Work closely with in-house processing and underwriting teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
Build long-term client and referral relationships (at your own pace)
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license IS REQUIRED (DRE license is a plus)
1+ years of mortgage origination experience IS REQUIRED
Comfortable in a 1099, commission-based environment
Strong sales, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to scale production
Open to coaching, systems, and continuous improvement
