Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in application infrastructure management
5 years of experience as a cross-functional System Administrator
At least 2 years of experience managing cloud-based systems (SaaS, PaaS)
At least 3 years of experience working with application servers: IIS, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat
At least 2 years of experience working with CI/CD tools
At least 2 years of experience as a Linux System/Network Administrator in RedHat / CentOS environments
At least 2 years of experience with encrypted communication in web systems (HTTPS, certificate-based security)
At least 2 years of experience with authentication protocols: Kerberos, NTLM

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Cloud
Scripting experience in Bash, Python, Batch, PowerShell
Relevant certifications: AWS / Azure / MCITP / CCNA
Experience with end-user troubleshooting and monitoring tools: Network Monitor, Wireshark, Fiddler, Process Monitor, Browser Developer Console
Experience with web monitoring tools: SCOM, AppDynamics, Elasticsearch, Kibana
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience managing ETL processes
