Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET platform
Lead architectural discussions and contribute to long‑term technical strategy
Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional engineering teams
Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid‑level engineers
Optimize application performance, reliability, and observability
Integrate third‑party services, cloud technologies, and internal systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience developing applications with C#/.NET
Strong understanding of ASP.NET Core, RESTful API design, and microservices
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks
Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Background in distributed systems or event-driven architecture
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor)
Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role
