Responsibilities
Communicate with qualified applicants to keep the hiring process moving and the candidate experience high
Reply to Team Member questions and inquiries in a timely manner to provide support and guidance
Help plan, promote, and support company events to encourage strong team member participation
Deliver training, coaching, or facilitation to support team member learning and development
Own key parts of onboarding and offboarding and drive positive feedback from team members on their experience
Complete required HR and People Operations audits on time and in full
Support accurate, on-time payroll processing every pay period
Maintain accurate records for Team Members and Department
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or another related field
Experience in a similar role and manufacturing is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication is essential to interact effectively with employees at all levels, managers, and external vendors. This includes explaining complex policies in simple terms and public speaking during training or recruitment events
Skilled in using HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), payroll, benefits administration software, and data management tools to streamline HR operations
A deep understanding of labor laws, company policies, compensation, benefits management, and conflict resolution is critical to guide both employees and managers effectively
