Responsibilities
Oversight and maintenance of Revenue Forecasting process (Backlog), ensuring accurate and timely financial projections, sales analysis, and systemic updates
Ownership of the Client Profitability process; analyzing contribution margin of each client by comparing revenue generated against staffing, software and overhead. This analysis will provide insight to identify high-value clients, uncover low-margin or unprofitable relationships, and empower Executives and key stakeholders to make informed decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and service levels
Calculate, validate, and oversee Commission payments for public, ensuring accurate computations, accruals, and timely approvals in alignment with internal policies and operational standards
Provide strategic support to the VP of Finance by driving a results-oriented finance organization, delivering actionable insights, and partnering with business leaders to enable informed decision-making and achieve organizational goals
In-depth review of new business Proformas
Monthly review of P&L for both Revenue and Expense
Development and implementation of Power Pivot and Power BI Analytics to improve data visualization across multiple data sets, supporting enhanced ad hoc financial analysis as required
May perform other duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
2.5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
Advanced analytics capability including Power Pivot and Power BI
Salesforce
NetSuite ERP, NetSuite PBCS
Internal controls
US GAAP
