Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise and upper mid-market customers within the cybersecurity space
Position a proactive, AI-powered security solution to senior security, engineering, and executive stakeholders
Build strong, trusted relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and technical buyers
Partner closely with founders, Product, and Marketing to shape GTM strategy, messaging, and sales playbooks
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM and sales analytics tools
Contribute directly to a high-performance sales culture in a rapidly scaling cyber security start-up
Qualification
Required
4+ years of proven B2B sales experience within the cybersecurity space (this is a must)
Strong background selling in GTM-stage cyber security start-ups or high-growth technology companies
Demonstrated success owning full-cycle sales and closing complex, value-led security deals
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, alongside forecasting, analytics, and reporting tools
Skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes
Passion for cybersecurity, AI-driven innovation, and working in fast-paced start-up environments
Self-starter mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up
