Quote and sell personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Flood, Umbrella, RV, Motorcycles, etc.)
Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
Work cross-sell, win-back, web, and referral leads provided by the agency
Use a consultative sales approach to properly protect clients
Maintain strong follow-up and professional communication
Contribute to an open, collaborative office environment
Assist with light Facebook/Instagram engagement for the agency
Qualification
Required
Licensed Florida insurance producer
Florida licenses: 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40
Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive, professional, team-oriented personality
Self-motivated, coachable, and organized
Tech savvy and quick to learn systems
