Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support, including help desk assistance and end-user troubleshooting
Design and develop Oracle integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using file-based, REST, and SOAP adapters
Build and optimize reports using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP schema, SQL query development, data modeling, and data engineering. Expertise in creating BI Publisher and OTBI reports with RTF templates
Develop and deliver OIC-based integrations between Oracle SaaS and third-party applications
Design, develop, unit test, performance tune, and implement real-time and batch integrations
Evaluate technical design options, select optimal solutions, and produce detailed technical specifications
Design and develop web services/APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments using OIC
Build integrations with robust error handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring, and alerting in OIC/ICS; support end-to-end integration testing
Maintain thorough knowledge of OIC features, including Mapping, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, and Packages
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define technical specifications
Ensure compliance with security, change management, and application lifecycle policies
Support system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with major systems
Work across multiple application platforms and partner with other teams to ensure operational continuity
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to assigned responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in software development)
5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications
3+ years of experience developing integrations using Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other middleware platforms
Proven end-to-end OIC implementation experience, including at least one full Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaS project
3+ years of hands-on development and administration experience with OIC in a SaaS environment
3+ years of experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with third-party systems
Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
3+ years of experience with Oracle SaaS modules such as Procurement, Financials, and/or Projects
Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in solution design
3+ years of experience with REST, API, SOAP, FBDI, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud-delivered web services
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Cloud Services (DBCS) and Managed File Transfer (MFT)
Preferred
7 years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications
Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher
Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server Stored Procedures
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web development
C# .NET (MVC, Windows Forms, and Windows Services)
Adobe Cold Fusion
Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management and Enterprise Resource Planning applications
Experience with Oracle PaaS, Oracle Data Integrator, Fusion Analytic Warehouse a plus
Experience with Smartview and Financial Reporting Studio a plus
Must be a self-starter and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a distributed and cross functional team environment
