Responsibilities

Lead the global strategic sourcing strategy to align with corporate and ESG goals
Build a high-performing category management organization covering various spend areas
Collaborate with unit leaders to align sourcing strategies with operational demand
Integrate sustainability and diversity into sourcing decisions
Develop category plans to enhance supplier performance and risk management
Oversee RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection processes
Conduct spend analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities and boost efficiencies

Required

15+ years in procurement or supply chain with a focus on transformation initiatives
Proven expertise in leading diverse category strategies and sourcing initiatives
Advanced negotiation and contract management experience with high-value agreements
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills essential for effective collaboration
Experience utilizing procurement platforms such as Coupa for enhanced efficiency
Knowledge of supplier diversity and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives
