Responsibilities

Design and implement our complete GTM infrastructure, systems, & operations across marketing, sales, and customer success
Build the bridge between our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create unified systems and data architecture in our CRM
Shape our RevOps roadmap based on market insights and feedback from your customers (our GTM team)
Design and build cutting-edge, AI-driven GTM agents that keep Archive at the forefront of GTM innovation, automating and optimizing as much of the GTM motion as possible

Required

4+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 1+ years in a senior or lead role managing systems and processes
Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM as the primary revenue platform, including workflow automation, custom properties, reporting dashboards, and integrations (HubSpot certifications strongly preferred)
Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations infrastructure that supports growth from early-stage through scale-up phases, with demonstrable experience optimizing processes across sales, marketing, and customer success
Strong technical proficiency in workflow automation and process optimization, including experience building multi-step, agentic automations, lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle management systems
Advanced data management and analytics capabilities, including experience creating executive-level dashboards, revenue forecasting models, and pipeline analytics that drive strategic decision-making
Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional bridge between revenue teams, with a track record of aligning sales, marketing, and customer success around shared goals, metrics, and processes
Systems thinking and architectural mindset with ability to design scalable, efficient, AI-forward revenue operations infrastructure that anticipates future growth and complexity
Business acumen with deep understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline velocity, conversion rates) and how revenue operations directly impacts these KPIs
Startup mentality with proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, building processes from scratch and iterating quickly based on business needs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical system requirements into business value for executives and end-users alike
Experience implementing and managing integrations between HubSpot and other critical tools in the revenue tech stack (e.g., Slack, N8N, data warehouses, billing systems)
Experience implementing AI-powered revenue operations tools or workflow automation leveraging AI/ML for lead scoring, forecasting, or process optimization
