Responsibilities
Hands-on fund accounting role overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, and audit across multiple fund and management company entities, while managing and reviewing work prepared by an outsourced fund administrator (QuickBooks-based)
Direct exposure and mentorship from the CFO, working as part of a lean, high-impact accounting/finance team (4 total), with meaningful involvement in fund operations, reporting, and process build-out
Strong Excel-driven role, including complex reconciliations, allocations, borrowing base calculations (weekly and monthly), and financial analysis across multiple credit facilities and legal entities
Qualification
Required
CPA or CPA-track accountant
2+ years of financial services or public accounting experience
Hands-on fund accounting experience overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, and audit
Experience managing and reviewing work prepared by an outsourced fund administrator (QuickBooks-based)
Strong Excel skills including complex reconciliations, allocations, borrowing base calculations, and financial analysis
Ability to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan
