Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120-S, 1120)
Act as primary contact for assigned clients, handling questions and proactive guidance
Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and deliverables independently
Support tax research and planning initiatives
Review work prepared by staff accountants and provide coaching/feedback
Collaborate with leadership on process improvements as the firm scales
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong experience with pass-through entities and individual returns
Comfortable reviewing returns and mentoring junior staff
Ability to manage client relationships with minimal oversight
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
