Responsibilities

Responsible for the full-time operation and the general maintenance of the facility’s treatment process & equipment
Testing and processing samples in our lab
Inputting data into our plant databases
Housekeeping
Servicing the plants equipment
Gathering plant data
Snow removal
Grounds keeping
Repairing up to five miles of aluminum pipelines on our 300-acre site

Required

New Hampshire Wastewater Operator License Grade 1, 2 or 3 or the ability to obtain a NH OIT 1 Operator Certification within 12 months of employment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and willingness to learn, problem solve, and grow into a licensed operator
Reliability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining a clean, well operating facility
Strong mechanical skills and hands on aptitude
Interest in wastewater treatment and environmental protection
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks year round
High School graduate or equivalent, with technical/vocational school background
Applicant must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record and must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre-placement physical and drug screen before employment
