Responsibilities
Review functional implications of technical decisions
Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design
Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment
Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions
Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice
Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives)
Qualification
Required
8 to 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis role
Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories
Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr
Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus
Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices
Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Fluency in English is required
Preferred
Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus
IIBA certification is a plus
French or other languages are a plus
