Responsibilities

Modify existing software to correct defects, improve performance, or support new environments
Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess feasibility and design solutions
Design, develop, and customize software systems using structured analysis and modeling
Coordinate system installations and monitor performance to ensure specifications are met
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define system capabilities and interfaces

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
5–7 years of professional development experience (internships accepted)
Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, OmniStudio)
Experience configuring Salesforce platforms (objects, fields, workflows, integrations)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred

Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
Experience with Experience Cloud and enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and DevOps practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and middleware tools
