Handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate and commercial litigations, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery responses and demands, researching and drafting motions, appearing at court conferences and motion hearings, and conducting depositions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience from pleadings to trial in New York State Supreme Court and/or Federal Courts
Excellent writing skills
Ability to handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate and commercial litigations, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery responses and demands, researching and drafting motions, appearing at court conferences and motion hearings, and conducting depositions
Self-starter, hungry for the opportunity to make strategic decisions and gain substantive court and client experience from day one
