Building Maintenance
Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Support financial and sales forecasting efforts
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align data insights with business strategies
Monitor CRM and sales pipeline activity to support revenue growth and customer engagement
Assist in improving data accuracy, reporting processes, and workflow efficiency
Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience using HubSpot, including managing, creating, and building workflows within the platform (approximately two years or equivalent hands-on experience)
1–3 years of experience in sales analysis, reporting, finance, operations, or a data-driven role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software, NetSuite and CRM systems) is a plus
