Oversee warehouse operations, staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance
Manage ~4 direct reports and 45 total associates
Drive productivity, accuracy, safety, and food safety compliance
Utilize WMS, voice selection systems (Lucas), and JD Edwards
Develop cost controls, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency
Ensure training, performance management, and employee engagement
Qualification
Required
5+ years warehouse/engineered labor management experience
Strong leadership, safety, and process improvement skills
Experience with WMS, voice technology, JD Edwards, and Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
