Responsibilities
Scale your Medicare agency with an FMO designed to support agency owners, not control them
Provide carrier access, infrastructure, marketing resources, and strategic support
Retain full ownership of your book, renewals, and agency hierarchy from day one
Work with dedicated Sales Development Managers on production strategy, agent recruiting, onboarding, and long-term agency planning
Implement customized marketing strategies and access to marketing dollars to support growth
Utilize technology and operational tools to streamline Medicare and ACA operations
Qualification
Required
Established Medicare agency owners with 2+ years of Medicare sales and leadership experience
Actively producing and managing agents in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or PDP
Growth-focused principals seeking an FMO partner—not a captive or restrictive relationship
