Responsibilities
Own and manage the deployment and optimization of enterprise learning platforms, including LMS and integrated tools
Partner with global stakeholders to design scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions
Ensure seamless integration with HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems
Develop and implement SmartWinnr AI role-play simulations for scenario-based and skill-building training
Create and manage AI agents to support personalized learning experiences and virtual coaching
Design and implement gamification strategies to increase learner engagement and participation
Utilize tools such as Qstream and Kahoot! to deliver interactive and competitive learning experiences
Work closely with Global and US L&D, IT, and business teams to align learning technology initiatives with organizational objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor on learning technology trends, best practices, and innovation
Stay current with emerging learning technologies and AI-driven solutions
Recommend enhancements to improve learner analytics, insights, and performance measurement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and management
Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS/LXP platforms such as ACTO, Allego, MindTickle, SmartWinnr, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-driven learning solutions and gamification frameworks
Experience creating and managing AI agents for learning and support use cases
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
Familiarity with learner analytics and performance tracking
Preferred
Knowledge of enterprise learning ecosystems and system integrations (HRIS, CRM, etc.)
Certifications in learning technology platforms or AI applications in education
