Responsibilities
Monitor and track daily cash activity across multiple accounts, ensuring transactions are accurately documented and routed appropriately
Perform routine account reviews and reconciliations to confirm balances and investigate discrepancies
Prepare and record cash-related entries in the accounting system for review and approval
Compile regular cash summary reports and assist with short- and long-term cash planning activities
Follow established internal controls and accounting standards while maintaining organized financial documentation
Partner with internal teams to support timely processing of transactions and resolution of variances
Provide information and support as needed for financial reviews and audit-related requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance required
Experience using professional accounting software; Elite 3E a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive financial information
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
