Responsibilities
Serve as the professional first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and email correspondence
Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling, coordination, filing, and document management
Assist leadership and office staff with a wide variety of tasks as needs arise, including time-sensitive and non-routine requests
Coordinate errands, pickups, drop-offs, and logistical tasks when required
Support office organization, supply management, and general facilities-related needs
Assist with special projects and on-demand requests requiring follow-through and discretion
Maintain accurate records and clear internal communication
Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, in-person work environment
Qualification
Required
College degree
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Flexibility and willingness to perform a wide range of duties, including tasks outside of traditional administrative work
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
Comfortable operating with limited direction when necessary
