Responsibilities

Act as a senior thought partner within the marketing team, helping define growth strategy, priorities, and success metrics
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across channels, products, and the consumer funnel
Influence channel mix and investment decisions through insights, experimentation results, and performance analysis
Lead the development of a structured growth experimentation roadmap across acquisition, activation, and conversion touchpoints
Partner with the product and analytics team to design, execute, and analyze experiments across the purchase experience (onboarding, purchase funnel, post-purchase)
Translate experiment learnings into scalable growth loops and repeatable frameworks
Play a key role in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new consumer products and features
Help define launch goals, measurement plans, and post-launch optimization strategies
Ensure learnings from launches inform future growth initiatives and marketing strategies
Analyze cross-channel performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop clear performance narratives and strategic recommendations for marketing leadership and senior stakeholders
Partner with the analytics team to ensure growth metrics and dashboards support data-backed decision-making
Serve as a connective leader across paid marketing, product, analytics, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams
Ensure growth initiatives are aligned and coordinated across channels, without directly owning all day-to-day execution
Help foster a culture of collaboration, testing, and continuous improvement across the marketing organization

Required

7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or experimentation-focused roles
Proven experience leading growth initiatives tied to conversion, funnel performance, and business outcomes
Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
Experience partnering closely with product and analytics teams on experimentation and conversion optimization initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and outcomes without direct channel ownership
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and growth analytics
Prior experience working with analytics, product analytics, experimentation, and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, LaunchDarkly, Looker, Tableau)
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with experience working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
Growth mindset, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Passion for outdoor recreation and alignment with Kalkomey's mission

Preferred

Experience working in subscription, education, or consumer digital products is a plus
