Property & Casualty Wholesale Broker
HUB International is a leading provider of insurance solutions, and they are seeking a driven and experienced Property & Casualty Wholesale Broker to manage complex commercial risks in the E&S marketplace. The role involves marketing submissions, negotiating terms, and delivering exceptional service to retail broker partners while fostering strong relationships with carriers.

Responsibilities
Market and place E&S property and casualty accounts with domestic and London markets
Analyze submissions and develop smart placement strategies (primary, excess, layered)
Negotiate pricing, coverage terms, and structure with underwriters
Present quotes clearly to retail brokers and assist with coverage analysis
Drive production through new business development and renewal retention
Partner with internal service teams to ensure smooth binding and policy issuance
Maintain compliance with E&S guidelines and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years commercial P&C experience (wholesale/E&S preferred)
Strong knowledge of GL, Excess/Umbrella, Property, Auto (and related coverages)
Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple submissions at once
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Active P&C license required
