Responsibilities

Activate and monetize your existing regional network
Recruit and onboard: Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Trading academies, signal providers, and communities
Drive new funded clients
Grow net new deposits (NNM)
Act as a local business ambassador for Traders Trust
Operate independently with full ownership of your results

Required

Active network of IBs, Affiliates, traders, educators, or communities
Strong regional knowledge and local connections
Ability to generate business independently
Highly self-driven, self-motivated and results-orientated
Motivated by high commissions rather than a fixed salary
Ability to work effectively under performance pressure
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates long-term thinking, focusing on building recurring revenue rather than short-term monthly compensation
