Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Conduct research and analyze results
Iterate on prompt designs across leading LLMs
Document best practices and create training datasets
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP)
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in designing and testing complex AI prompts across leading LLMs
Strong skills in AI/ML concepts
Exceptional problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
Effective communication abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team in hybrid and remote settings
Preferred
Experience in Python or other programming languages is a plus
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus (PE / Private Credit)
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred
