Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for priority hiring needs
Actively source candidates using multiple channels and maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including pre-interview preparation, interview itineraries, and post-interview follow-up
Support background screening processes and hiring documentation requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting strategy recommendations
Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees
Support the development and implementation of new or improved recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
Post open positions, manage candidate pipelines, and schedule interviews as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of previous recruiting experience
Ability to successfully pass a background screening
Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone presence
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels
High attention to detail in reviewing resumes, qualifications, and candidate documentation
Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to track recruiting metrics
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
Familiarity with recruiting in small to mid-sized organizations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field
