Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and insights that support leaders in managing daily operations
Handle recurring accounting activity, including journal entries and related documentation, while maintaining rigorous accuracy and proper support
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned accounts to ensure reliable financial results
Collaborate closely with teams across finance, operations, HR, IT, and integration groups to gather information, resolve issues, and strengthen processes
Support onboarding of newly acquired practices by helping transition them smoothly into core systems and accounting workflows
Assist with annual audit preparation and reinforce strong internal controls through consistent reconciliation standards and proactive issue identification
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of professional accounting experience
External audit and/or corporate accounting experience required
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
