Responsibilities

In this position, you will provide exemplary communication to our customers by telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face
You must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, being able to demonstrate during the interview process
To succeed in this role, you must be an expert in being able to identify and resolve customer issues, knowing when to escalate to a supervisor if (or when) necessary
You will always maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with our customers and portray the company in a positive light
Along with your customer service skills, you will be using departmental resources and following company policies and procedures
You will answer messages in authorized email queues
You will be expected to maintain acceptable call lengths and email handle time while remaining friendly, informative, and helpful
You will actively seek solutions and identifies trends as they relate to your customer's inquiries
As a customer service professional, you understand the appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels
The position is onsite. Remote is not available

Required

High School education level
