You'll work closely with Client Service Teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and smooth accounting workflows.

Responsibilities
Post daily/weekly cash receipts and reconcile bank activity
Process vendor payables and prepare payments
Manage client invoicing (agency bill, direct bill, premium finance, multi-entities)
Gather policy details to issue accurate invoices
Track payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances
Support Producer Commission processing
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Handle additional accounting tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in Accounting or A/R (Billing) in the brokerage insurance industry
Strong knowledge of AR/AP and general accounting principles (GAAP)
Experience with AMS360 or insurance ERP software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Intermediate (required)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
