Responsibilities
Provide application support for ~35 enterprise applications across GRC, finance, and other operational systems
Monitor application performance, respond to incidents, and drive timely resolution to minimize business disruptions
Participate in an on‑call rotation (approximately one week every two months) to support after‑hours incidents and weekend system health checks
Perform Sunday readiness checks to ensure key URLs and business systems are operational before Monday business hours
Support disaster recovery activities, infrastructure changes, and planned maintenance
Collaborate with Application Development, Enterprise Test Engineering, and other technical teams
Log and track incidents using ServiceNow and follow established support processes
Identify gaps, recurring issues, or risks and escalate appropriately
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement of support procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Strong experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis
Familiarity with supporting SaaS and on‑prem applications
Experience participating in on‑call rotations or production support environments
Ability to follow structured operational processes and escalate issues appropriately
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global technical teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana)
Experience supporting GRC, financial, or similar enterprise systems
Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures
Basic understanding of infrastructure, networking, or cloud concepts
