Responsibilities
Work fulltime and inperson
Perform case research duties
Outreach, recruit and provide small businesses eligible free technical assistance
Work closely with prospective borrowers o Evaluate financial health, verify credit readiness, determine financing needs
Review, analyze, and evaluate loan application documents. o Respond to loan inquiries, Review loan requests
Work with the accounting department to support document administration for : o Financial Statements, Cash flow projections, Tax returns
Conduct prospecting calls with potential applicants
Support development of new financial products for underserved communities
Identify and execute strategies for enhancing loan process efficiency. o Ensure data quality and compliance with loan policies
Represent organization externally at conferences and meetings
Stay updated on available resources and community services
Support key initiatives, pilot projects, training, and research
Additional ad hoc duties as assigned related to Business Services & Development
Qualification
Required
Eligible to work in the United States
Capable of providing confidential support to clients with discrete financial matters
Interest in providing underserved businesses with access to capital and resources
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
