Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements, including SaaS, cyber security, reseller agreements, professional services, platform and auditing
Qualification
Required
7+ years of technology and commercial contracts experience
Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex technology transaction agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Outstanding references
Preferred
Experience with Artificial Intelligence
Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, a sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company
