Responsibilities
Reviews hours worked by crews and calculates productivity levels. Submits reports to supervision
Tracks budgetary statistical data for yearly requisite
Manages data entered regarding current infrastructure maintenance
Studies tasks, jobs performed by crews and analyze costs to measure productivity
Produces various reports
Creates project specific maps and other bid documents using ArcGiS and Excel
Maintains and updates infrastructure data in GIS
Inputs annual projects and contracts into a computerized system
Train others in job specific programs and devices
Performs data collection in the field using various collection devices
Performs related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and understand work orders and handbooks
Ability to analyze tasks, perform mathematical calculations and write reports of project costs and estimates
Knowledge of computerized hardware and applicable software programs
Skill to effectively communicate with the public and coworkers
High school diploma or equivalent plus one to three years of experience
Experience in data entry and general personal computing skills is required
Valid Texas Driver's License
Preferred
Experience with Cityworks or similar CMMS programs
