Human Resources Information System Consultant
TRC Talent Solutions is working alongside a leading firm in the wealth management arena that seeks an HRIS Workday Benefits Integration Contractor. This person is responsible for the design, testing and implementation of Workday Benefits/Finance integration solutions.

Responsibilities
Workday Benefits & Finance Integrations build
Act as subject matter expert across multiple Workday Benefits integrations
Design, build, test and maintain Workday integrations
Partner with stakeholders/vendors to gather requirements solutions
Ensure Workday solutions align with business requirements and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
4 to 5 years of Workday Benefits hands-on integration configuration experience
Workday Core Connector
At least 2 Workday Benefits full implementation configuration
Experience gathering requirements for Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
Troubleshoot benefits related to system issues and business processes
Experience working end-to-end across Workday initiatives, from requirements gathering through deployment
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Workday Integration Pro certification is a plus
