Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for salaried and hourly staff using established payroll platforms; ensure on-time, accurate pay runs and adjustments
Manage vendor lifecycle: onboarding, W-9 collection, contract tracking, invoice validation, and timely payment coordination with Accounts Payable
Prepare and maintain 1099 data and filings; coordinate annual vendor tax reporting and respond to vendor tax inquiries
Reconcile payroll journals, vendor payments, and benefits deductions with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies with Finance and HR
Ensure federal and state payroll tax compliance, submit required filings, and support audits and payroll-related inquiries
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Procurement to improve vendor/payment workflows and document standard operating procedures
