Mid, Senior LevelPwC UK is seeking a Manager in their Cyber Advisory team specializing in Operational Technology cyber security. This role involves supporting clients in manufacturing, energy, utilities, transport, and industrial sectors to secure their industrial control environments and modernize their security capabilities.

Responsibilities
Deliver OT/ICS cyber risk assessments, maturity reviews, and threat analysis across manufacturing, energy, and utilities
Secure ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, SIS, and Industry 4.0 environments
Provide practical, operationally aware security recommendations balancing safety, availability, and cost
Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including site visits, workshops, and remediation roadmaps
Apply IEC 62443, NIST 800‑82, NCSC CAF, and ISO 27019 frameworks
Analyse OT network vulnerabilities and legacy industrial risks
Support OT security control implementation (segmentation, access, monitoring, incident response)
Engage senior stakeholders and translate technical risk into business insight
Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and OT market growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in OT/ICS cyber security within industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, utilities, transport)
Working knowledge of industrial protocols and OT architectures (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA)
Experience delivering OT cyber assessments and architecture reviews
Familiar with IEC 62443, NIST 800‑82, NIST CSF, and NCSC CAF
Comfortable operating in live industrial environments (plants, factories, substations)
Strong communicator, able to engage engineers and senior stakeholders
Experience leading workstreams or small teams
Exposure to Industry 4.0, IIoT, or smart manufacturing initiatives
Understanding of energy sector regulations (e.g. NIS / NIS2)
Experience with OT monitoring tools (e.g. Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi)
Relevant certifications (e.g. GICSP, IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM)
Operationally aware, safety‑conscious, and pragmatic, with strong analytical skills
