Youth Service Specialist
Boys II Men Transitional Living Home is a Milwaukee-based residential program committed to empowering young men aged 12–17 as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. The Youth Service Specialist will work closely with adolescent residents, providing guidance, support, and care in alignment with the organization's trauma-informed approach.

Supervising daily activities
Mentoring and coaching youth
Assisting in the development of life skills
Ensuring safety and structure
Helping to facilitate therapeutic and educational programs
Collaborating with other staff members
Maintaining clear communication to address the needs and progress of residents
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively support and mentor youth and collaborate with team members
Analytical skills to assess and identify individual needs and assist in creating personalized development plans
Basic knowledge or experience in Finance and Sales, which can support the mentoring of practical life skills for residents
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a patient, supportive, and compassionate approach
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is an advantage
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
Preferred
Experience working with youth or in a similar residential program is highly preferred
