Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
One (1) year of supervisor or team lead experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred
Ability to work Monday – Friday assigned 3rd shift (11:30pm-7:30am), with some flexibility for 2nd shift hours
The ability to train on alternate shift(s) for the first month
Experience leading or participating in continuous improvement projects
Excellent people skills including the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
Microsoft Office proficiency
