Responsibilities
Own and continuously enhance financial operating models supporting annual planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts
Lead monthly performance analysis, including volume, mix, and rate variance analysis across revenue, bookings, and cost drivers
Prepare and review monthly management and board reporting, with deep analysis of bookings, ARR/MRR, and core SaaS metrics
Own revenue and retention modeling, including churn, expansion, GRR, NRR, and cohort-based analysis
Partner with FP&A leadership and cross-functional stakeholders during annual planning and in-year reforecasting cycles
Provide advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and growth investments
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to data quality and scalability
Work with large, multi-source datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and forecasts
Support and review work produced by junior analysts, providing guidance on modeling and analytical best practices (as applicable)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similar analytical finance role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills with experience building and owning complex financial models
Experience working with large datasets and translating data into clear, executive-ready insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
